Shyam Murti, Founder of Snehmitra Foundation, is a self-made social reformer who has taken significant initiatives in the fields of STEAM education, adolescent girls’ development, women empowerment, youth empowerment, and children’s education.

Despite facing poverty and adversity, he overcame numerous challenges to establish the organization with the aim of bringing meaningful change to society.

His guiding mantra, "If you want success, you need your success in your society," reflects his commitment to transformative leadership and inclusive social development.

Through his efforts, the organization continues to create opportunities for education, innovation, skill development, and empowerment for underserved communities across India.

His ability to bridge government, corporate, and community stakeholders has contributed significantly to the successful execution of initiatives focused on innovation, empowerment, and inclusive development across diverse regions of the country.

Ashish Babu is a passionate Robotics & AI Mentor, STEAM Educator, and Content Creator with extensive expertise in Robotics, Artificial Intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), 3D Printing, and Drone Technology.

He has successfully trained more than 5,000 CBSE students in STEAM education through hands-on learning methodologies, innovation-driven activities, and real-world project implementation. His approach focuses on developing critical thinking, creativity, problem-solving abilities, and future-ready technical skills among students.

With a strong commitment to educational innovation, he actively promotes experiential learning and emerging technologies, helping students gain practical exposure to robotics, coding, AI applications, and engineering concepts.

In addition to technical education, he specializes in YouTube SEO management, digital content strategy, and STEM-focused content creation, enabling educational initiatives to reach wider audiences and create greater impact through digital platforms.
